This is a TACACS+ client  for applications, rather than the usual NAS (network 
access server) hardware.  It does all TACACS client operations as described in 
the specification document draft-grant-tacacs-02.txt.

This is the demonstration version uses a very bad random number generator (not 
random at all) to  hash the ARAP & CHAP passwords (meaning passwords may be vulnerable 
to easy guessing).

The demonstration version is also limited to the single user name of 
'tacacsdemoclient' and no other name can be set.

The examples in the com/theorem/tacacs/examples/ directory allow simple tests of 
authentication, authorization, and accounting. You may have to edit the 
Client.java file to suite your particular situation.
