Issues Running the RADIUS server

This issue has come up when running the server.  These are not configuration problems.

• java.lang.IllegalMonitorStateException: current thread not owner
  
  This is caused by either an older version of the JVM or a faulty JIT compiler. Upgrade if possible or disable the JIT compiler.
